In honor of Mother’s Day this month, we decided to dedicate this issue of the IFMC newsletter to the health and well-being of all women; our mothers, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, aunts, our mentors, our teachers and our dear, dear friends.

 And what better way to support the women in our lives than to offer some practical solutions for regaining balance in our lives and for dealing with the stress that we are all living with every day?
